• City Space is committed to not only marketing forward thinking eco-amazing properties in Philadelphia, we are also committed to being as green as we can be as an office, because seriously, why wouldn’t we? See below for some of the cool stuff we’re doing:

  • Our entire office will be EcoBroker Certified by the end of 2008.

  • We are in the planning stages for putting both a green roof and solar paneling on our office roof in the future.

  • We have a website dedicated to showcasing LEED Philly Certified Projects

  • The largest share of our advertising budget is dedicated to Online (non-print) advertising

  • We have stocked our office with glass cups and silverware – vastly cutting down on plasticware and waste.

  • Papertowels are for the birds – we have hand dryers

  • We use all environmentally friendly cleaning supplies

  • And of course we recycle – paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, aluminum – you name it!
